Welcome to SittersBot. By using our Telegram Mini App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. About the Service

SittersBot is a Telegram Mini App that connects pet owners ("Clients") with pet sitters ("Sitters"). We provide a platform for discovering, communicating with, and booking pet sitting services. SittersBot is not a pet sitting agency — we facilitate the connection between users but do not employ sitters or provide pet care directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SittersBot.
You must have a valid Telegram account.
By using SittersBot, you agree to comply with Telegram's Terms of Service for Mini Apps.

3. User Accounts and Profiles

Your account is linked to your Telegram account and authenticated via the Telegram Mini App SDK.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.
Sitter profiles are subject to approval by our team before appearing in search results.
You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Bookings

Bookings are agreements between Clients and Sitters. SittersBot facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the pet sitting arrangement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets.
Sitters are responsible for providing the agreed-upon services.
Both parties should communicate clearly about expectations, schedules, and special requirements.
Cancellation terms are set by individual Sitters and displayed before booking.

5. Request Board

Clients can post pet sitting requests on the public board.
Board posts may require payment depending on your subscription plan.
Sitters can respond to board requests. Clients choose which sitter to work with.
We reserve the right to remove board posts that violate these Terms.

6. Reviews

Both Clients and Sitters can leave reviews after a completed booking.
Reviews use a blind system — they are revealed once both parties submit, or after a waiting period.
Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.
Users can report inappropriate reviews for moderation.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

SittersBot offers free and paid subscription plans.
Paid features include board access, search priority, calendar sync, and other premium features.
Payments are processed through Telegram Stars or third-party payment providers (Stripe, EcommPay).
Subscription prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
Refunds are subject to the respective payment provider's policies.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Calendar Integration

Pro Sitters can connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to sync bookings.
Calendar integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
We access only the calendar data necessary for booking synchronization.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Provide false or misleading information in your profile
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Attempt to circumvent payment systems or subscription requirements
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content on the board

10. Limitation of Liability

SittersBot is a platform that connects pet owners with pet sitters. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any pet sitting service arranged through our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SittersBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from interactions between users.
We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or negligence of any sitter or client.
Users are responsible for their own insurance and liability coverage.

11. Intellectual Property

The SittersBot name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property. Content you submit (profiles, reviews, photos) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SittersBot at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SittersBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Telegram bot.

14. Governing Framework

SittersBot operates as a Telegram Mini App and is subject to Telegram's Terms of Service for Mini Apps and Telegram's Privacy Policy for Third-Party Apps.
