Browse sitters in your city using the smart search. Filter by language, rating, and recent activity. Each sitter card shows their name, photo, rating, description, and online status.
Open a sitter's profile to see their full description, photo gallery, languages they speak, pricing, cancellation policy, and reviews from other clients. You can message the sitter directly via Telegram.
Found your sitter? Tap "Book" on their profile. Choose start and end dates, describe your pets, set the number of pets, add pet names, and write an optional message. The sitter will receive a notification and can accept or decline.
Don't have a specific sitter in mind? Post a request on the board with your dates, pet description, and city. Sitters in your area will see it and can respond with offers. You pick the best one.
View all your bookings in "My Bookings". Each booking shows its status: pending, accepted, in progress, completed, cancelled, or disputed. You can:
After a booking is completed, both sides leave reviews independently. Reviews are blind — they're only revealed once both parties have submitted or the review window closes. Rate from 1 to 5 stars and add an optional text review.
Add your pet names to your profile. They'll be pre-filled when you create bookings, so you don't have to type them every time.

Chat with your sitter directly through the bot — no need to share phone numbers. Messages sent in the bot chat are automatically forwarded to the sitter. If you have multiple active bookings, the bot will ask you to select which one to chat about. Text messages only (up to 4,000 characters), photos are not supported in relay mode.

Set up your profile, receive bookings, and grow your pet-sitting business.
Register as a sitter and fill in your profile: name, description, photos, languages you speak, city, pricing information, cancellation policy, social media links, and notes for clients. Your profile will be reviewed and approved before appearing in search.
When a client books you directly, you'll receive a Telegram notification. Open "My Bookings" to see all incoming requests. You can view pet details, dates, and the client's message before accepting or declining.
Track all your bookings with statuses. You can:
Have a regular client? Create a booking on their behalf. Enter the client's Telegram username, dates, pet info, and an optional message. If the client isn't registered yet, you can copy a bot invite link to send them.
Browse open requests from clients in your city. See pet details, dates, and client info. Respond to requests you're interested in. Clients will see your response and can select you as their sitter.
After a completed booking, leave a review for the client. The double-blind system ensures honest feedback — reviews are hidden until both parties submit. Good reviews boost your profile in search results.
Connect your Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to automatically sync bookings. The calendar view shows your availability by day (month and week views). Clients will see conflict warnings if they try to book you on busy days.

After registration, your sitter profile goes through an admin approval process. You'll receive a notification in the bot once approved. Only approved sitters appear in search results and can accept bookings.

/startThe entry point to the bot. Shows the main menu with two buttons: "Looking for a sitter" (opens Mini App as client) and "Become a sitter" (opens Mini App as sitter). The menu is localized in Russian and English. A quick-launch button "🐾 PetSitter" is also pinned next to the message input.
/bookingsShows all your active bookings — both as a client and as a sitter. For each booking you see the dates, counterpart, and status. Inline buttons let you open booking details in the Mini App. Also provides quick action buttons directly in the chat: accept, decline, start, complete, dispute.
/switchResets your active relay chat context. Use this when you have multiple active bookings and want to switch between them. After running /switch, the bot will ask you to select which booking you want to chat about next time you send a message.
/calendar YYYY-MM 🛡️ PROShows your free/busy slots for the specified month. Available only for sitters with a Pro subscription (feature: sitter_calendar). Without a subscription, the bot shows a message with a link to the subscription page. Example: /calendar 2026-05
/supportStarts a support session. After activation, all your text messages are forwarded to the on-call administrators. If no admins are on-call, you'll receive a corresponding message. Use this for any questions, issues, or disputes.
/endsupportEnds the active support session. After this, your messages return to the regular relay chat mode for bookings.
SittersBot acts as a secure message relay between clients and sitters. When you have an active booking, messages sent in the bot chat are forwarded to the other party. Features:
